Vin-Yin Yoga OUTDOORS
Combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep stretches of Yin. You’ll move through energizing sequences to build strength and then ease into longer, relaxing poses to release tension. We will incorporate meditation and breathwork to balance the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels, offering a blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
This class is held outdoors and is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the fresh air while moving through a fun and energizing sequence. Whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come ready to flow and connect with nature and your community. Please bring a mat and meet us at Skippack Acupuncture in the back!

Meet Our Yoga Instructor
Emily Pigeon
Yoga Instructor
Emily has practiced and loved yoga consistently over the span of 15 years. She began to deepen her practice in 2020, after she turned to yoga in grief and found it a powerful tool for self-care. She completed her 200-hour certification in May 2024 under Kate Goodyear at Nectar Yoga Studio, training in Vinyasa with a particular interest in the restorative and therapeutic benefits of yoga.
She believes in the transformative power of yoga, emphasizing building strength and connection on and off the mat. As an instructor, Emily aims to share yoga with others as a practice that is beneficial and accessible to everybody. In her classes, you can expect meditation, breath-work, and creative flows that will leave you feeling strengthened and centered in spirit, body and mind.
