Charles Brynan III

Charles Brynan III, MRP is a Medical Reflexologist and also a Senior Instructor in Yang style Tai Chi and Qigong. “Reflexology provides me the hands on opportunity to help individuals bring their body systems into balance. Through a specialized relaxation technique of applying pressure to reflex areas of the feet, Reflexology is known to improve nerve, blood and lymphatic supply, thereby encouraging the body to seek homeostasis and normalization . Charles has also been trained in Tibetan Neck and Scalp Reflexology. This form of reflexology is practiced on your head and is effective for muscle tension in the whole body, as well as: hypertension, headaches, insomnia, numbness, edema and other illnesses.Through a technique that stimulates zones, areas and points on the head, neck, shoulders and around the spine, Tibetan Neck and Scalp Reflexology  sends impulses through the nerve pathways via the autonomic nervous system reaching all body tissues. My ultimate goal as a Reflexologist is to help you in reducing stress and promote well being”.
